Having done a quick outfit match, this looks to be a good match at 89% (to my reckoning). The Mondeo's an admirable towcar and the the 2ltr diesel will pull the Bailey a treat.
The 85% guideline is recommend only, but if your confident at towing and an experienced 'tower', then this slight increase in the match shouldn't be any bother.
Just look forward to your first break with the outfit.

I tow a Bailey Ranger 550/6 with an 03 Tdci 130hp mondeo and suplemented it with a 100 GBP diesel chip from ebay, this made a big difference in my opinion on everyday driving as well as towing, the only thing is pulling away on slight inclines on wet/damp roads where a 4x4 would make a difference apart from that a great towcar and very economical and just runs forever with basic maintenance/service. You learn to drive to the cars capabilities and not like a lot of others chew up the grass pitches when leaving
