Subject: Audi A3 Sportback 1.4 TFSI

I have a 1995 Fleetwood Colchester and am getting the Audi as a company car. The weight is a good match but I am unsure about the torque- 200nm/1500-4000 in the brochure.

On normal 1.4 cars I know what the answer would be but as these new audi engines are turbo charged and produce 125ps and 0-62 in 9.6.

Can anybody advise me if in their opinion the torque would be enough to tow the van?

Alla dvice is gratfully recieved

Chris

Torque is torque, whether this is produced by an atmospheric 2 litre or an air boosted 1.4. But if you do not believe this feel free to use our matching program to see the performance of this engine with your van... or compare your current car with the Audi.

Thanks Bert,

My current towcar is a saab 95 2.0t which I dont think is comparable to the Audi. On the list there is not a 1.4 tfsi, in your opinion should I compare it with the 1.8?

Thanks Again

Chris

You've got a different list than I have? 1.4 T(F)SI's all over the place... Yo need to select the 92 kW version.
