Hi i'm thinking about touring europe using a transit van and a roma caravan (just like a pikey) The roma weighs about 2000kg+. If i load the transit up to a total weight of 2,500kg, is this OK. ??

You'll need to research the exact specification and details for your choice of Transit as there are multiple models all with different load capacity, handling weights etc.
You need the exact MTPLM of the Roma and the total payload of the van, plus the maximum train-weight you're permitted.
